These terms apply when you use GramGifts, an independent Telegram Mini App. By using it, you accept them.
GramGifts shows information about Telegram gifts and their markets. It is not affiliated with Telegram, and it does not buy, sell or hold gifts for you.
Prices, values and other figures come from public sources and estimates. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
Nothing in GramGifts, including fair values and AI answers, is financial advice. Your decisions are your own, and so is the risk.
You use GramGifts with your Telegram account and are responsible for what happens under it.
Premium is paid with Telegram Stars and starts as soon as the payment goes through. Its features may change over time. Refunds follow Telegram's rules and are at our discretion.
Do not copy, scrape or collect data from GramGifts by automated means, get around its limits, interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may limit, suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Links to marketplaces, wallets and other services are for convenience. We are not responsible for them or for what you do there.
The GramGifts name, design and software are ours. Gift artwork and names belong to Telegram and their owners.
GramGifts is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from relying on its information.
We may change GramGifts and these terms at any time. Using GramGifts after a change means you accept it.
